St. Peter's Nursery for infants through age three is available on Sunday mornings. The Nursery is designed to provide opportunities to pray together, share a snack, engage in play with others and to learn about the love of God, all in a safe and nurturing environment. Formation sessions are available for children in Pre K-4 through 5th grade on Sunday mornings.

St. Peter's Kids is designed for ages Pre K-4 through 5th grade.  Two sessions are offered each Sunday in Room 3.  Families are able to choose the session--9:45 am or 11:00 am-- that best fits their schedule.  The 9:45 am session takes place concurrent with the  Adult Formation class and ends at 10:30 am.  The 11:00 am session begins in Classroom 3 and lasts until 11:40 am, when the children join their families in the Nave for Eucharist and the remainder of the worship service.  Lesson materials are drawn from several sources such as Godly Play, Mini Revolutions from Illustrated Ministry, and picture books such as Picturing God by Ruth Goring and The Very Best Day: The Way of Love for Children by Roger Hutchison.

Episcopal Youth Community - EYC--for youth grades 6 through 12 offers opportunities to grow in the way of love through serving, welcoming, respecting self and others, and in prayer. Special events take place throughout the year designed so that parents can connect, serve and grow in discipleship. Currently meets on the first and third Sundays of each month from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm in Classroom 3.

Bags, Boxes and Books for children to use during the worship service are available in the Narthex.  The bags contain coloring pages and implements, books and manipulatives, and a bendable Jesus figure, which children are encouraged to take home as a reminder that Jesus is with us everywhere we go.  The teal boxes contain a number of sensory fidget items.  The picture books in the display rack reflect a variety of faith, church, and seasonal topics.  Books related to the day's scripture lessons can be found on the top tier of the display rack.
